All Sales are finalized. We do not offer refunds unless the product you have purchased was defective. If the product is damaged you will have 2 days to send proof from the original date that the product was delivered. The item must be unworn and all original tags must be left on the product or else we will not be replacing your item. If you wish to replace an item please contact us on our e-mail.
